Veteran Fitness Program


The Veteran Fitness Program is a great way to transition back into the civilian world through mentorship and athletic events. Each Participant will be teamed up with a Trainer to take part in various athletic and exercise activities of their choice.

Programs include

  • Weight Lifting
  • Running, jogging
  • Yoga
  • Cycling
  • Rock Climbing
  • Swimming
  • Martial Arts
  • Team Sports
  • And more

Members of the LSVA are eligible to become a Participant or a Trainer. Trainers will have to meet certain qualifications to be considered for the program.
