Membership to the Lone Star Veterans Association is open to all veterans, current members of the military, civilians, community leaders, and anyone who wants to assist the veterans returning from the current conflicts.

The main goal of our organization is to assist the veterans of the Post 9/11 generation.

Please see below to understand the differences between the membership classifications. In order to serve the Post 9/11 generation with our online Peer Mentoring program, we have two separate member groups.

* Ability to create an online profile is restricted to those who have served after September 11th, 2001 in the military. The creation of an online profile also requires proof of military service. This is per our Bylaws. The online profile is for us to assist returning veterans with an online mentoring program through the use of forums and blogs.

The Lone Star Veteran Association does not restrict membership to anyone.
