I spend each day reading about a dozen resumes from veterans and those who are still serving. Because that is only a fraction of my job, I only spend about 5 minutes on each resume. Doesn't sound like a lot? Go ahead, sit for five minutes reading the same one page. Most resumes max out at about 500 words. Howdy,Former Marine here cooling his jets in Bonaire after returning from Contract work in Afghanistan. Have some friends that run a dive shop that do a deal with people on a "work for certification" program. Have talked with them about starting to include vets into the program.
